Withdrawal requests are processed by kela88 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, consistent with kela88's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

kela88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a User's Account, provided that the wagering requirements associated with those funds were already active at the time of the modification.
All Wagers placed on the kela88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all details of a Wager — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming the bet. kela88 will not reverse or amend a confirmed Wager except in the specific circumstances set out in Section 7.3 below.
kela88 will not accept a Wager if the User's Account does not hold a sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Balance to cover the full stake amount. Attempted Wagers that cannot be funded will be rejected at the point of submission.

Where a Wager is declared void, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account balance in full.
